Annual voluntary membership fees of $50 per home are used to provide funding for:
- Publishing and mailing the quarterly newsletter, The Acorn which is sent to all homeowners
- Website maintenance and e-newsletters emailed to our active mailing list
- Announcement signs for events at neighborhood entrances
- New resident packets
- 2 Resident decals for your cars
- A bi-annual resident directory that is updated, published and mailed to all OHCA members
- A sponsor to the Trap-Neuter-Release program and Pet Registry
- Refreshments/entertainment for quarterly membership meetings held January, April, July, and October.
